Rachel Marcelle is a full desk recruiter and career blogger whose passion is helping others reach their goals.

She helps HR teams and hiring managers set realistic and appropriate staffing expectations to build the best possible teams and cultivate healthy cultures. Rachel spends much of her time screening and coaching candidates, preparing them for all phases of the interview process.

In 2019 Rachel created interview questions and answers for MockQuestions. Her work includes company Q&A sets such as Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, Penguin Random House, and Constant Contact.
