"In my previous role on the warehouse floor, I saw that we were leaving a lot of extra packaging material on the floor, due to messy cuts, causing a lot of scraps. I suggested a new measurement tool for cutting packaging material more accurately the first time. The suggestion was implemented, and my company has saved over 10,000 in bubble wrap waste alone."

In a warehouse environment, resources could include maximizing the schedule to make the most of personnel, working with vendors to get the best deal possible, or finding a way to minimize waste.
