As soon as a problem or obstacle is identified, my mind seeks a way around it. But then I slow down to be sure I understand as many aspects of the issue as possible, so the solution will fit as well as it can. I frequently remind myself that people and their situations don't fit in neat little boxes. Some common solutions will help, and some solutions may be complex.
