I have been working for ILC for 3yrs, 2 in employment. The demographic here is very diverse. The abilities of people with disabilities are always incredibly diverse. I have 4 co-workers who emigrated from Africa. We have one client from Morocco, and one from Russia, along with ALL of the common cultural diaspora of the U.S.
