"I've been creating resume's, CV's, Cover letters and Federal Resumes for 5 years now. When working with a client I like to work along-side them to create their own resume. I feel it gives them a self of accomplishment."

Part of your job as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor is to help your clients write their resume and cover letters. You can answer this question with a story where you helped the client and they got the job. Talk about the database of sample resume's and cover letters you've built over the years and utilize. Consider creating a portfolio to bring along with you...just in case. Bring a few sample letters and resume's to show your work.

Stephanie's Feedback
I suggest developing this response a little more. In the "Revised Answer" section, I have provided an example of how that might look.
I have quite a bit of experience crafting resumes for my clients, across a wide variety of work experiences and industries. I really enjoy helping to capture my clients' strengths and experiences, and I would estimate that I've created X number of resumes throughout my career. I don't have quite as much experience with the creation of cover letters, as many of the positions that my clients are applying for don't require a cover letter, but I do have a general understanding of cover letters and I would be happy to work to continue developing in this area.
