Why did you leave your previous job?

When an interviewer asks why you left your previous place of employment, they want to know what motivated you to leave. You may be looking for better career prospects, professional growth, or new work challenges. Or, it might be that your previous employer restructured the company, underwent an acquisition, or there are no career advancement prospects. Describe your reason for leaving while avoiding speaking negatively about the company, your supervisor, or your coworkers.
