Who is your mentor?
Interviewers want to learn about you as a person beyond what is written on your resume. They want to hear who has had an impact on your life and how you build relationships. Describe your mentor, and explain how you have learned an important lesson from that person. Share what you admire about your mentor because your answer directly reflects your principles and what you value.
"My mentor is my mom. She raised my brother and me while working three jobs and taught me the value of hard work and determination.
