This is another common interview question to be asked. The interviewer wants to see that you are humble enough to identify a weakness and are motivated to make that weakness into a strength. Describe a weakness that pertains to the job of a Toxicologist, and be sure to end on a positive note with how you have improved on the weakness.

"My greatest weakness is that I tend to have a hard time delegating tasks and always feel that I need to complete the work on my own. However, I would get overburdened with work and felt like I could not get ahead. I started delegating tasks to interns, which has helped them gain experience, and it has helped me keep ahead of my work and not feel overwhelmed. Now, it is easy for me to delegate jobs to others."
