What do you think of your previous boss?

The interviewer wants to hear how you talk about other people when they are not around and how loyal of an employee you might be. Be sure to talk positively about your previous boss, and do not say anything negative. When you answer positively, it shows you are a team player and will likely be easier to work with. Mention anything you may have learned from your previous boss and how they have impacted your job as a Toxicologist.
