Talk about your strengths or area of expertise without bragging. If you have been a mentor, talk about how you inspired your mentee and helped him or her overcome an obstacle.

"I mentored a girl in college who was two years younger than I as a part of a mentorship program. She aspired to become a writer then and I met up with her every week to review her writing and talk her through her writer's block.
