Share an example of when you established and accomplished a goal that was personally challenging. What helped you succeed?

"In my last job, we had an event which required a lot of coordination and team management but our supervisor fell sick at the last moment and we were all confused about what would be our next step. In that time of confusion, I decided to take the lead and managed the whole event until the supervisor came back. It was a real big challenge for me as I had never managed a team until that day but my determination and dedication towards my work helped me out and my supervisor was happy with my work."
