Why do you want to be an assistant to the executive producer rather than the EP him/herself?

Oftentimes an assistant producer someday hopes to become the executive producer. Sometimes, they enjoy the busy work of being the assistant and hope to hold that position for a while. The candidate should talk about their future aspirations and why at this moment they feel like being an assistant producer is a good move for him/her. The candidate may talk about the skills they will learn in the position to make them an even better worker in the future.
