Production assistants often have to work at random hours of the day, depending on the production. For instance, a production may have a lot of filming in darkness, so they must work overnight. The candidate should talk about what time of day they find they work best, but also should discuss their ability to work at any time of the day depending on what they are asked to do. This position requires much time flexibility.
