The candidate should be someone who is creative with their writing and ideas of how a production should run. They should come up with good ideas on the spot from anything from writing a script to knowing what caterers to bring in for the talent. The candidate should have a broad knowledge of the businesses around the area and have a solid creative thinking mind to keep the production team moving.
