How do you work as a part of a team?

Production assistants not only have to be able to manage a team, but have to work well within one. They should be able to show good coordination skills, compromising skills, and be a good team player while sharing responsibilities. The candidate should discuss their experience working in a team and what they will bring to a group to make the team work better.
