How to Answer
The candidate should be open and honest about some error they have made in a previous job, but show that they have since learned from the mistake. The candidate should specifically be sure to talk about the skills they have brought away from the mistake and how they plan on growing in this new position without making such errors. This shows that the person is able to grow and improve over time and is willing to take criticism to do so.
