It is not lost on me how reimbursement by third-party payors can be affected by incomplete charts; but even more important to me is the need for completing the verification process since any results should be considered incomplete until that is done. Results are what I'm here for, from the simplest automated serum levels to the complex oncology calls, and incomplete results, because of failure to timely sign off on them, is unacceptable to me personally."
