Which is more important to you, money or satisfaction?

Interviewers understand that satisfaction is a greater motivator than money, and they want to hear that you are more interested in satisfaction because it shows you are seeking a long-term career instead of just a paycheck. You might say, 'Satisfaction is more important. Waking up each day knowing that I get to go to a job I enjoy is much more motivating than a paycheck is.'

I think satisfaction is more important to me than money. I have had positions that paid me more money but left me dissatisfied with where I was at in life.

Also, I suggest rewording your opening sentence to avoid the phrasing "I think", which can indicate a lack of confidence in the statement you are making. Instead, you might say "I believe" or " I consider".
