Where do you see yourself five years from now?

The candidate should answer by telling the interviewer how they think the job will shape the course of the next few years of their life. They should discuss ways in which their skills will develop and evolve after spending years in this job position, and how other experienced members of the current team will help them grow. They should also mention a near-future goal they may have, but ultimately remain positive about how the current job would help them become a better producer.
