The candidate should respond by mentioning something they may be nervous about within the producing job, yet find a way to make the fear ultimately something positive. They should find a small aspect of the job that may be overwhelming or scary at first, but something they know in the end they will be able to remedy. A good response by a producer will be one that shows the person can see themselves in the position already and are fully prepared to take on whatever comes at them.
