Recently, I was tasked with developing standard operating procedures (SOP) for my organization. I developed SOPs for audit software, accounting software, and project and time management software. My supervisor was impressed with my work and gave me positive feedback. He encouraged me to keep doing a good job. I was excited about that feedback.
