I have had a junior auditor who refused to perform the work that was not initially assigned to them only because the person to whom the work was initially assigned fell ill. I called them for disciplinary and reminded them of how they are expected to behave as a professional, and that professionalism is key.

This example is great but I recommend organizing it a bit so that it's easier for the interviewer to follow.

I called a disciplinary action meeting; reminding the employee that we are a team, and that professional behavior was an expectation. This persons' behavior significantly improved after the fact."
