What have you done to build up your hard skills?

If your goal is to work as a programmer, app designer, or hardware engineer for a fintech company, you need to be proficient in hard skills like coding and front-end development. Fintech firms need apps developed, product APIs created, platforms maintained, and user interfaces/experiences designed and implemented. "Now that I've spent a few years in fintech since graduating college, I know this is where I want to be.
