Nice! Don't forget that communication also includes non-verbal, presenting, and listening (in addition to written and verbal). Highlight your communication strengths. Give an example or two to support your claims as well. (For example, if you're a great listener, talk about a time when you used your listening skills to understand exactly what a customer needed and how you could help them. Did you repeat back what they said to confirm you understood them? Did you apologize for their trouble? Did you provide them with a timely resolution?) Good job!
