Describe why challenges are appealing to you and what role you might play in finding solutions. The interviewer does not want to hire someone who will complain about problems they face at work; they're looking for a motivated person who is willing to ask the tough questions and do the work to find solutions that improve the school. Be sure to demonstrate an ambitious attitude and a willingness to do your part.
