What is the most difficult part of being a Camp Counselor for you?

This is a great chance to provide an honest answer which shows you're thinking in-depth of the camping experience. An example: Tell the interviewer your number one goal is to make sure every child is fully able to participate in each activity, and you know that is difficult to ensure, and why you find it to be a challenge.
