"I think it would be very challenging to be the CEO so I would hate to criticize their work. If anything, I would work on updating the social media marketing strategy. There is no reason why a banking institution shouldn't be on Facebook or Instagram!"

"The CEO of my previous company did an excellent job. If I changed anything related to the course of the bank, I would enforce a stricter dress code. I think it's important for employees to have a more uniform look in high-end banking."

Always begin by making a statement about how great of a job your CEO was doing or commenting on their strong effort. It allows the interviewer to see that you recognize the importance of the CEO's job and are appreciative of their efforts.
Next, share one thing you would change about the company. Maybe you would change the dress code to help enhance employee morale. Perhaps you would talk to HR about amping up benefits. Perhaps you would implement a fun employee event on a banking holiday, and offer an additional 8 hours of vacation time to make up for the day. Focus on things directly related to the business. What change would you make?

"Great question! If I were CEO of my last banking institution, I would look at lowering certain fees for low-income families and seniors. It's a small way to give back to your customers who may be on a limited budget."

I would think about lowering certain fees for low-income households, students, and senior citizens. Then I would also work on how we interact with our customers on social media. I want to make sure that our bank comes off as more relatable whenever we connect to our customers.

Being new to the banking business, I really couldn't say. However, I do know it could not be an easy job. The one thing I would consider is developing a social media page to communicate news with the bank and their employees.
Develop a formal Teller training program that teaches the fundamentals of Bank transactions. I believe this gets everyone on the same page.

Amanda's Feedback
You've started well by acknowledging the challenging nature of a CEO position. If you choose to comment on your prior employer's social media strategy, first make sure they don't already have a presence on social media sites like Facebook or Instagram and make sure you are savvy in using those tools so that you're prepared for any follow-up questions related to social media marketing. If you're not an avid user of such technology, consider choosing to change something that you would find helpful to building team morale or improving performance, such as expanding the employee incentive or training programs.
Master questions about transactions, compliance, and building customer trust at the counter.
