"When troubleshooting a replication failure between two Lotus Notes database servers, I would first check the replication history and log. If the "Replicate With Server" command was not responding, I would check the network communication to ensure that the servers could communicate with each other. If this isn't the issue, I'd verify and check the Cross Certification for the database. I'd also examine the Miscellaneous Event Log to see if it indicated what the issue might be. If users received the error "Unable To Find Path To Server," it would indicate that there is a DNS issue, host entry, or connection document problem."
