If you are asked about a feature that you are unfamiliar with, admit this to the interviewer and then describe how you would locate the information they are asking about. "The White List feature available in Lotus notes enables administrators to control what images are displayed in the application and how they appear to the users. For example, some images may be displayed as a red cross mark rather than the actual image. Others may be hidden when specific operations or tools are open within the application, such as mail. The White List feature can also display the images as HTML links. This requires the users to click on the links or a separate 'show images' link to view the hidden images."
