Can you discuss the functions of Resource Reservation and Busytime databases used in Lotus Notes?

Continue to answer both technical and operational questions using brief, direct answers and always be prepared for follow-ups. As always, if you don't know the answer to a question, admit this to the interviewer and give them an idea of how you would go about locating the information. Interviewers prefer candidates were honest about the limits of their knowledge to those who make up or fabricate answers.

"Lotus Notes' Resource Reservation database enables users to schedule and manage meeting resources. Users can select the resource and reserve the time for it. Busytime databases refer to each Lotus Notes server containing a database that includes scheduling information for all users who use that server as their mail server. This feature is overridden when the servers are clustered."
