"The most challenging aspect of my current role is that I am the only Analytical Chemist. I enjoy the work that I am responsible for but at times it can be difficult to not have a peer to bounce ideas off of. I am very resourceful and can usually find the answers to anything that I am unsure of but, I do feel that it would be beneficial to have a second analytical scientist to work with or jump in and pick up on my client projects while I am on vacation. I have been managing this challenge by working ahead if I will be out for a few days."
