"In my current role, there was a client that requested rush testing and I completed the review portion of the data. I was rushing to meet the deadline and ended up missing a pretty big error in that data. When it was later brought to my attention that I had made the error, I reached out to the client to make him aware of my mistake and told him that the error invalidated the testing and that it would need to be rerun. While the client was not happy with this setback, he was very understanding and appreciative that I was honest about the mistake. I ended up working late for an evening to complete the testing. I now double-check all data even if it is a rush request."
