"Safety in the lab is so important because it is so easy to make one error and end up injured or hurting someone else. Working with chemicals can be dangerous so it is important to know proper disposal, what to do if you spill something or do end up injured and it is important to know how to properly dispose of a chemical. Not following lab procedures can also cause testing to be invalidated which would mean someone else would have to complete the task again."
