Things like communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organization are all great skills you can discuss because they're all very needed skills within the profession.

"I am proud of my ability to solve problems. I think this is a skill all of us have, but I think I succeed particularly at creative problem-solving. Knowing how to help students overcome barriers to learning, working with other educators to find ways to make materials more accessible, and providing creative solutions when needed is something I pride myself in. I think that is what makes me a successful educator."
