Discuss any courses you take and what you do to research different topics related to teaching and accounting. Talk about workshops you attend, certifications you've gotten, or networking you do as well as courses you take.
"I take at least one course a semester through Coursera related to teaching or accounting. I am also involved in several professional associations to stay updated in the profession. I also have monthly meetings with professors in accounting, as well as other departments, to share any issues and get feedback for how to solve them."
