And I think that after three years I have achieved all...and this all motivated me to work on to keep achieving their expectation.

Yes, of course. I use a hosting plan to drive breakthroughs with objectives and KPIs which are fully aligned in annual planning. I also make alignments in daily management, and monthly and quarter review processes. On top of this, I always have 1:1 meetings with my key stakeholders and seek feedback to continually improve on my performance.

Yes, my job consists of many tasks. I have just undertaken a new territory and project. My key responsibilities are currently seeking out new customers and identifying new business opportunities by using sales data and learning about new teams to build relationships in previously unworked competitor areas to drive new business and the growth of Resource Thicken Up Clear. I provide existing customers with product support, samples, and training package for nursing homes.
