"At this point in my studies, I am most interested in learning about Child Language Disorders. I have always had a passion for helping children, and I am confident that I bring the compassion required to successfully help kids struggling with their speech and language communication. Most of my volunteer experience has included working around children, so this is also an area I feel would be the most natural fit in terms of my existing experiences. With that said, I am excited to be introduced to new areas of speech-language therapy while attending Emerson College."
