"I believe that the basic concepts of socialized health care and privatized health care are good by nature and speak to a range of patients. Some of my peers have expressed their love for socialized health care because, although they pay a higher tax rate, they are not caught in an expensive whirlwind when they face illness. Privatized health care, on the other side, can offer significantly shorter wait times which is very important for those with a potentially critical or debilitating illness. I believe it is important to have both options so people can choose."
