With past failures comes the need for critical analysis of a business and/or process and your job will be to help facilitate this process. Prior to your interview, think about your experiences in data analysis you've had so far up to this point in your career and translate those experiences to helping the clients of West Monroe Partners. Be sure to talk about the importance of different programs you have used to assist in data analysis and talk about the importance of communication in the data collection process.
