The interviewer needs to know that you can get along with others and receive direction without letting it bother you. This is an opportunity for you to reassure the hiring manager that you are teachable and have the ability to follow instructions to get a task done. But BE CAREFUL. This question can also be a trap. Employees who badmouth previous supervisors may end up being malcontents who disrupt the work environment. Be positive and encouraging about sharing your recent experiences without degrading or belittling your previous employer.
