Every service center that helps maintain automobiles will use what is called a Multi-point inspection sheet or MPI. This is basically a checklist of basic things that need to be checked on a car to see if they require repair. The interviewer must know how familiar you are with the paper or electronic version (usually on an iPad) and your ability to use these tools to upsell additional services.
