On most cruise lines, you can see dozens, if not hundreds, of backgrounds and ethnicities represented. Cruise lines are well known for their vast diversity when it comes to hiring. Nearly any culture you can think of will be represented on the ship. Assure the interviewer that you embrace diversity and are driven to include those, no matter how different they are from you.

Where I live in England, it’s a very diverse area, we meet people from all different ethnicity and culture. To embrace this, you simply have to respect their culture and be willing to learn about it, you can maybe swap stories on traditions and explain how and why they are celebrated.
