What type of work environment allows you to be the most productive?

"I understand from researching Sprint that your work environment is highly collaborative. I come from a similar environment and have found that I can be very productive when there is the 'buzz' of a team around me. I love the synergy of brainstorming with smart colleagues who are at the top of their fields. I find that they challenge me to really bring my A game, and I appreciate that extra boost of creative energy that comes from sharing ideas with others."
