Setbacks do not affect me emotionally, for I take an objective view towards such situations. I am also a pragmatic thinker, determined, and focused on a project to see it through completion. I understand disappointment is typical and normal and will ask for help from others and change my approach. Work on my weaknesses and discuss what can be done better.
