Working with come clients and executives can be tough. How do you handle difficult personalities?
Like with any company, there's always a chance you'll come up against difficult personalities in your position with Primark. They want to know that you can adapt and communicate successfully with these types of personalities. Give an example of a time where you had to complete your task with the added pressure of a tough personality.
"I started my marketing career as an assistant to the CEO of a small branding company. He had a powerful personality and liked things done in particular ways. Though it was tough initially, it was a great way to learn how to deal with people when they get hot-headed and learn effective communication skills. I find that remaining calm, explaining the situation, and course-correcting are effective ways to deal with difficult people."
