If you say there isn't a single thing in construction you dislike doing, you are flat out lying. Have you ever had to carry trash bags full of broken tile through two flights of stairs and into the backyard where the dumpster is? Maybe you haven't, but I am sure there has been a situation where you have done some grueling work before. Easiest answer to the interviewer is to describe a situation like that where you had to complete a task even though it was painful to do. But becareful not to brag about how tough it actually was.
