Before we hire any new candidates, we ask that you demonstrate your construction skills on the job with us. Are you comfortable coming in and working with us for a day?

Companies will want to know two things about you beforing hiring. One, can you really do the job you are claiming to do? Second, how will your personality fit in with the rest of the crew? At Perry Homes, there are multiple crews, chances are they will be able to fit you with a crew you get along with. But they still might require you to come in and show off your carpentry skills.
