Assure the interviewer that you are able and willing to pass a complete background check and drug test. If you have a criminal record or substance abuse problem, you must disclose this during your interview, as it will be exposed during your background check and drug test.

You cannot get hired by Imperial College Healthcare if you will not pass the background check or drug test. If you do not have a criminal background or use drugs, assure the interviewer you will not have an issue with either. If you have something that will appear in your background or drug test, you may want to reconsider applying to Imperial College Healthcare.
