The region is very rich in culture and history and your interviewer will be looking to hear that you are entrenched in the culture and history of the region because they know that life outside of work is equally important in retaining you as an employee. Whether you grew up in the region and have worked their your whole life or you will be looking to relocate, it is important that you let your interviewer know that you will be able to thrive in the region while serving the mission of IWK Health Centre at the same time.
