Ethical environmentally and people, i.e., don't pollute, don't waste, recycle, don't take advantage of people, etc. Offers some benefits. Offers advancement. Let people thrive. Recognizes that people need a work-life balance.

These are all fantastic details and seem to be core offerings at HomeSense. One recommendation is to be aware of wording/negative framing (I've noticed the use of 'don't' and exhaustive language quite a lot). I have offered a revision below.
